Graphite purification wastewater and quartz sand refining wastewater

The wastewater is discharged from the workshop and enters the regulating tank, where it undergoes homogenization of water quantity and quality. Reasonable capacity setting of the regulating pool can fully utilize its water quality equalization function, ensuring that the pH value of the effluent from the regulating pool is basically stable.

Steel pickling wastewater (ordinary carbon steel, stainless steel)

After the steel is pickled with hydrochloric acid, it must be rinsed with clean water to remove a small amount of hydrochloric acid adhering to the surface of the steel, which generates a large amount of acidic wastewater. This wastewater contains residual hydrochloric acid, a low pH value, and a certain amount of ferrous ions, trivalent iron ions, and various impurities.
