The waste sulfuric acid solution is evaporated and concentrated to reach a certain concentration of sulfuric acid. The concentrated solution is cooled to precipitate ferrous sulfate in the form of crystals, and then solid-liquid separation is carried out to obtain ferrous sulfate crystals and regenerated sulfuric acid containing a small amount of ferrous sulfate.

Process Introduction:
According to the characteristics of hydrogen chloride being easily volatile and soluble in water, as well as the solubility of ferrous chloride in hydrochloric acid solution, a steam indirect heating and negative pressure evaporation concentration process is adopted; The gas produced by evaporation condenses into dilute hydrochloric acid, which is then returned to the pickling workshop and mixed with concentrated hydrochloric acid for reuse; After the waste acid solution is evaporated and concentrated to reach a certain concentration of iron ions, it enters the negative pressure crystallization system to precipitate in the form of ferrous chloride crystals, and then separated to obtain the product of ferrous chloride. This technology can recover over 90% hydrochloric acid from waste acid solution, allowing iron ions to precipitate in the solid form of FeCl2.
