Stainless steel pickling mixed acid regeneration and reuse equipment


In stainless steel manufacturing, a mixed acid composed of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid is generally used for surface cleaning. After repeated use, the mixed acid gradually decreases as the concentration of metal ions increases, and the pickling effect also decreases.

Diluted nitric acid concentration equipment (68%)


This treatment system mainly uses a heat source to heat the waste nitric acid liquid through a special material heat exchanger. Under negative pressure, the water is evaporated and separated by an efficient concentration tower. After passing through the packing layer, it enters the vacuum condenser and condenses into weakly acidic water (COD ≤ 300, PH5-6), which is collected and reused in the collection tank or enters the sewage treatment station. The concentrated liquid is>68% nitric acid. If the waste nitric acid contains other impurities, this concentrated solution enters the extraction system and continues to evaporate to extract ≥ 66% nitric acid, with a small amount of residue and impurities collected and processed.

Steel pickling wastewater (ordinary carbon steel, stainless steel)


After the steel is pickled with hydrochloric acid, it must be rinsed with clean water to remove a small amount of hydrochloric acid adhering to the surface of the steel, which generates a large amount of acidic wastewater. This wastewater contains residual hydrochloric acid, a low pH value, and a certain amount of ferrous ions, trivalent iron ions, and various impurities.
